This month we have some awesome events happening at Control Lab! Whether you’re already apart of our community or you’re looking to jump start your fitness, we have something for you!

Introducing The Control Lab Summer Health and Fitness Series!

Starting Monday, July 15th through August 11th we'll be introducing our Summer Health and Fitness Series! 

This health and fitness series aims to help build a new habit each week for 4 weeks. Each week we'll be focusing on habit for 3-5 days (more is always welcome) and sharing our journey with each other. 

Summer Series Challenge:

Week 1: Water

Week 2: Meal Prep

Week 3: Morning Exercise

Week 4: Mindfulness

Control Lab Summer Party!!

Come hang with us Friday July 26th at 5pm at our South Street Location!

There will be Food, Drinks, Music, Games and Good Vibes all around! 

If you'd like to bring anything (totally optional) please add it to the 👉list👈 so we don't get double of anything and we have plenty of everything. 

We pride ourselves on our community and appreciate every one of you. It brings us great joy when we can bring everyone together 😊

Control Lab Run Club!

Beginning July 17th we will start the Control Lab Run Club! 

For the month of July, the dates will be Wednesday the 17th and 31st at 7am with Crystal Price!

Time: 7am

Distance: 3 Miles
