I’ve Been a Full Time Trainer For Over 10 Years and Still Absolutely Love It. I Love Teaching and Planting Seeds That Hopefully Grow Into Something That Not Only Helps My Client Live a Healthier and More Rewarding Lifestyle, But Also Those Around Them.

What is something you’d like people to know about your passion for fitness? Training is a tool for building ourselves up, not breaking ourselves down. My goal is to help you fall in love with training that it isn’t something you have to do, but something that makes you feel your best!I’m passionate about showing clients how to move mindfully, understand their limits, and then push past them.

Spring/summer. I love the heat and when the sun shines extra bright.
Favorite Food?
This is tough. I love food so much. I’d have to say pizza. There is rarely ever a time when I’m not in the mood for a slice, all kinds too.
Favorite Hobby?
Camping/hiking.
Favorite Fitness Experience?
The amount of knowledge I gained about my own body, especially my core, while being pregnant and then after having my son. I thought I knew how my body worked and functioned but I REALLY do now. The second piece would be bringing my own experience in to my work. It taught me so much and I want to share that with everyone I can.
Favorite Exercise?
Again so hard to pick one so I think I’ll pick two. The reverse lunge and plank variations

The core values and environment which go hand in hand. Can’t say enough great things about it.
What Is Something You’d Like People To Know About Your Passion For Fitness?
That it is ever evolving, growing and reshaping. Life changes and so does what your body needs, so my mind is always open to new things. I truly love exercise and all of the positives it can bring in to life, including the proud feeling you get when accomplishing something you never thought possible.

- I've competed in multiple combat sports AND served in the military all while being almost blind, and almost nobody knew!
